Do you have to be friends with your co-workers?

I think that you don't have to be friends with your co-workers. I say that because you just them at work and that's it you might not see them after work. But if you are friends it helps maybe at work and get things done quicker. Also being friends and be bad because you might not get work done. Another reason its good to be friends and work it gives of a better environment. Lastly, is that if you don't get to know one another it well be hard to communicate.

    Teamwork makes the dream work! Having friends in the workplace can be a perk or make the work more enjoyable, everyone is different. Personally I like to make friends in the workplace.

    Being friends with people at work can make for a better work environment. I only am friends with people at work who I know I can trust.
