Do you have to be friends with your co-workers? I think that you don't have to be friends with your co-workers. I say that because you just them at work and that's it you might not see them after work. But if you are friends it helps maybe at work and get things done quicker. Also being friends and be bad because you might not get work done. Another reason its good to be friends and work it gives of a better environment. Lastly, is that if you don't get to know one another it well be hard to communicate.

Work Ethics I think that worth ethics is how dedicated you are to something. Also that you can show it and your will to do it for a reward. the can be shown by doing work like school or like actually work. They can also be demonstrated by the discipline you have like finishing work on time or before and being there on time. Also by having integrity show the ethics you have because your honesty. Lastly, you can handle responsibility's from big to small.

What Do I need to do for My goals to come true What I have to do to make my career come true is work harder. First I have to get license for plumbing. My Writing Challenges As a high school student you have write a lot during your four years of school from essays to bibliography to a simple paragraph you always write. As i can remember I was never the best writer I would always miss things or write in the wrong point of view. But as the years go by I have gotten better not the best but better. the way i have been doing better is by practicing. Also by asking for help by asking teachers. Another ways is asking a class mate to proof read your paper as more than one student so you get different opinions.
